Cognitive Talent Solutions was featured in industry-leading HR and Training magazine "Equipos y Talento" with an article on Organizational Network Analysis from our CEO Francisco Marin. The article was published through Facthum Group, Cognitive Talent Solutions's exclusive partner in Spain.
The article, titled "Discover the Revolution of Organizational Network Analysis", was released on the magazine's March edition in Spain. It covered different topics related to ONA, including the difference between active and passive ONA, the main scenarios in which companies implement these solutions and the competitive advantage of Cognitive Talent Solutions's proprietary ONA platform Cognitive Network Analyzer™.
