In addition to his corporate leadership at GM, Michael also served as the Vice President of Talent & Development at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where he played a key role in designing and implementing innovative talent strategies to support AWS’s continued growth. His work at AWS further reinforced his expertise in scaling organizational agility, driving workforce transformation, and optimizing collaboration at a global scale.
